ABOUT
Join in circle under this New Moon to reflect, set intentions and plant seeds for the next lunar cycle and the year ahead. What are you wanting to call into your life? What or how do you want to grow? What practical steps need to be in place in order to get there?
The Yoga Station is a beautiful, cosy, warm space with everything you need to relax and unwind. This session will be an invitation to vision and carve out what you want to create for yourself in 2023.
We will also learn about our energy and how to protect it.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Do you suffer nightmares or perhaps leave situations or certain people feeling drained? Is there someone that you think is impacting your life negatively that you could use some energetic boundary setting with? Learn about your energy and how to protect it.
There will also be:
– a beautiful light language and reiki healing
– journaling and a time for self reflection
– a chance to connect together in community
– how to work with the moon and her cycles
– meditative mantra

WHO IS THIS FOR?
All are welcome to join in circle.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Please bring a pen and notebook for journaling exercises and some water if you think you’ll be thirsty. Loose fitting clothes are best so you can really get cosy and relaxed – it’s a lovely, warm space. The Yoga Station has yoga mats, blankets and bolsters, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

The event is taking place at The Yoga Station, Whitley Bay. This is a beautiful space at Whitley Bay metro station, so it’s really easy to get to on public transport and there’s also parking nearby.
