Soothe yourself with some self-care, set heart-centred intentions for the year ahead, and unwind after the demands of the festive season. There will be:

All are welcome to join.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
You’re invited to create a cosy space in your home to you can fully surrender to the journey. Please bring a pen and notebook for journaling exercises and have some water if you think you’ll be thirsty.
Use blankets or bolsters to get relaxed and cosy. Use an eye pillow or scarf to cover the eyes so that you can fully go inwards.
