I’m back in the UK! I’ve had a loooong hiatus from offering healings and energy medicine, so if you’re wondering if I’m still alive, I am!

I’ve had an extremely transformative time away but eek it’s been deeeeep & very intense at times, moving through lots of shadow, hard truths & big growth 🌱

I spent about 7 weeks in India, I still adore India & hope to be back next year

I thought I was being guided to Dharamshala to heal and work with the land there, but on arrival the land told me that it was actually there to support and heal me 🌲

I was hoping to work online whilst away but spirit had other plans. I was guided not to hold space & that I needed to hold myself and be held by the sacred land, it was an extremely deep and intense period of transformation 🌹

After India (I went to a few places, hope to share more soon), I went to Thailand. And I really missed India. I unravelled a bit in Thailand actually, so booked myself into spiritual rehab 😅 ~ 10 day vipassana & it was the best thing I could have done. It was a truly transformational experience & I hope to do 21 days next year. I loved meditation anyway & have gained so much from it, but now I’m hooked. Meditating for 10 hours per day for 10 days really deepened my practice and understanding of how & why meditation works. I can’t wait to share more 🙏🏼

Can’t wait to connect & hold space. I’ve really missed holding space but yeah, this was a time for deep healing for me ~ healing myself is how I got onto this path in the first place and the lessons I’ve learned have been invaluable 🧡

I’m not sure who I am yet, after periods of travel & deep healing I’ve learned that the shifts can be so profound, it can take a little while back in your “normal” environment to gauge just how much you’ve changed 🌻

August, and actually this entire year, has been a whirlwind of intense cosmic energy, and as we approach the Aquarius Full Moon, this energy reaches its peak. Expect sudden changes, unexpected opportunities, and perhaps some inner turmoil. But fear not—this is also a powerful time for growth and letting go of what no longer serves you.
