A women’s circle is a beautiful way to connect with other women and your inner self, to share, listen and witness with other beings in a deep and meaningful way. If you are seeking deep, soulful connection, as well as creating space in your life to grapple with the challenges we face as humans and bigger questions around our purpose and existence, then this circle might be for you.

Sister Circle : What We Get Up To
We usually start by introducing ourselves, then go into a guided grounding meditation to fully arrive in the space.
I may share around the theme and then suggest journal prompts around it for inner reflection. There are opportunities to share what comes up in the journaling prompts, but never any pressure to share and it’s a confidential space with no judgement.
Sometimes I share some energy medicine in the form of light language, reiki or sound healing if I feel guided to do so. If you haven’t heard of light language before, you can learn more about it here.
We usually do individual oracle card pulls towards the end of in person circles, which everyone usually loves and has a good chat and giggle around ♥️
For online sister circles I’ll be sharing a collective oracle pull 
Bring a pen and paper, and an open heart and mind. We’ll get on great.
Women's Circle Themes
I welcome suggestions for themes on the WhatsApp group, so if you’re moving through a particular challenge, I can create a space and circle to support that. If there are no suggestions then I tend to suggest or feel into a theme, it’s usually something I’m moving through presently or that I feel is moving through the collective at present. Or something from my healing journey that I have experience of, or have been initiated in.
Past themes have included: Grounding, Mother Wound, Body Image, Self-Love, Gratitude, Glimmers, Protecting Energy, Forgiveness
All theme suggestions are very welcome! I may decide not to hold space for some suggestions and this isn’t ever because I don’t like your suggestion, it might just not be something I feel experienced, knowledgeable or initiated in. So please don’t ever think your suggestion has been rejected or anything like that.
I personally feel that we must experience and embody wisdom before sharing and holding space for it, so I might not (yet!) be initiated to hold space for some theme suggestions. But I might be able to hold space for it in the future if it appears on my path.
Sister Circle Vibes
A sister circle is an equal space. We co-create and weave the energy and medicine of a women’s circle collaboratively, and everyone who joins has valid medicine to share. We are as wise as one another in circle, the space holder is also equal and just as much a part of the sister circle. There is no leader or hierarchy, though the space holder conducts the flow of the energy.
We all have different beliefs and backgrounds, and this is a space that honours that. Honouring that all expressions are unique and valid, in opposed to perpetuating separation consciousness by rejecting a person because of wisdom, experience and opinions that challenge or do not resonate with our own. I’m keen to foster spaces where we can connect in community despite our differences.
Having said that, there is a “spiritual” feel to the women’s circles that I hold. You don’t have to believe in any religion or God/Goddess to join a sister circle, atheists and skeptics are absolutely welcome and also have valid wisdom and medicine to share. But just as a heads up, I will be referring to spirit, spirit guides, and other “woo” stuff in circle because that’s just me, so if that might make you feel uncomfortable then maybe it’s not for you – unless of course you want to challenge that discomfort.
If you’re cool with it, curious, and won’t judge or try to unpick/challenge/belittle the beliefs or opinions of others or make the circle into a debate or battle between believers and non-believers, then absolutely come along and share your atheist or skeptic wisdom and medicine!!
You don’t have to believe what I believe and I don’t try to force beliefs down anyone’s throats in these spaces. I share suggestions based on my experience, path and guidance, but I’m open to and welcome all perspectives and connections from all walks of life. Our variety and diversity is what makes us beautiful.
Usually, everyone has medicine to share and it’s beautiful and amazing to see how certain people were meant to be in that space together in order to soothe and share their unique tonic. We can all heal and support one another on this journey through life. Traversing the challenges in community makes the bitterness of the medicine that little bit sweeter or more palatable at least!!
Sometimes there is lots of laughter, there are usually a few tears, and sometimes we go super deep and vulnerable – depending on the themes some women’s circles can be raw, but we sit in our rawness and vulnerability together, and it is a safe space to journey to our sharp edges together, always learning to soften and leading by the heart, non-judgement and compassion for self and others.
When & where can I join a women's circle?
So, this is pretty flexible. Sorry to the planners and organisers out there who like to book their dates in well in advance, but that’s not my energy, eek! Having said that, I have popped out some somewhat regular online women’s circle dates… they are in the morning, UK time first Sunday of every month, dates and times are out there in the ether on Eventbrite.

We have a WhatsApp group that you’re very welcome to join. Sometimes I’ll pick the next circle date myself, and other times I’ll post a few options for people to vote on. The voting usually happens about 1–1.5 weeks before the circle, but honestly, it can be a bit spontaneous! Once the date is decided, I’ll confirm it for everyone.
Where we meet:
Spring/Summer: On the beach or at my home in Tynemouth
Autumn/Winter: Usually at my home in Tynemouth
Online via Zoom: So you can join from anywhere

Sister Circle : Energy Exchange, Booking and Refunds
No refunds, transfers or exchanges, sorry!! So please ensure you can come before booking a space, thank you!
Your space is confirmed once you’ve made payment. If a sister circle can’t go ahead due to anything on my end that means I need to cancel, then of course you’ll receive a refund.
Self-investment is usually £13 (plus booking fee for the online circle), but please reach out if you are facing financial hardship (unable to meet basic needs, rent, bills etc) to arrange an accessible exchange. Sometimes for Tynemouth women’s circles, the exchange is a little bit more if I’m sharing ceremonial cacao. Ceremonial cacao is optional though, and you’re free to bring your own if you don’t want to pay extra for me to provide it!
For Tynemouth women’s circles, I share a payment link in the WhatsApp group once I’ve confirmed the time and date for the next one. Spaces are confirmed on a first come first serve basis – transferring payment confirms your space.

Any queries please reach out. There are contraindications for ceremonial cacao, sound and energy healing, so if I’m sharing cacao or sound healing (sometimes I do during Tynemouth women’s circles) please let me know in advance of the session if you have any health conditions, are on medication or if you’re pregnant so that I’m aware.
