Whitley Bay: Summer Solstice, Wed 21 June

Super excited to be offering a Summer Solstice celebration outside in nature – lets try to manifest sunshine!!

The Station Masters Community Wildlife Garden is such a special place, just a stones throw from Whitley Bay metro station.

I’ll be feeling into the energy of the group and day nearer the time, but you can expect:

All are welcome to join this offering (16+). It’s such a special day and so wonderful that we can connect and receive in nature for it. Nature offers so much wisdom, support and healing. The earth is our home, so how lush to be held by her amongst the wildflowers, birds and bees during this magical point in the year.

What you’ll need

I might incorporate some journaling prompts so bring a notepad and pen just in case. Bring layers/enough to be warm – remember we’ll be outside and it might be chilly! Please also bring a bottle of water.

For this offering you’ll need to please bring your own blanket, yoga mat or exercise mat to lie on during the guided meditation and energy healing. This is so we don’t get The Yoga Station’s mats mucky – thanks!

Any queries please reach out. There are contraindications for ceremonial cacao and energy healing, so please let me know in advance of the session if you have any health conditions or if you’re pregnant so that I’m aware as cacao and/or energy healing might not be for you at this point in time.
