This promises to be a magical evening of mantra on the beach if the weather is on our side! If not, we may be able to retreat to my home in Tynemouth depending on numbers , rearrange, or cancel/refund.
As this event will be on the beach you’ll need to wear layers and bring a blanket or mat to sit on. You might want to bring a blanket to keep warm with too or bring a hot water bottle or hot drink. We’ll have a fire on the beach, hopefully under the moonlight.
We will learn between 1-3 mantras and chant them by the fireside in circle. We’ll also meditate in the energies of the mantras. I’ll email the mantras out before the session in case you want to familiarise yourself with them.
It’ll be a cosy community & hopefully pretty under the full moon if the night sky is clear enough.
Some may want to sea dip or moon dip, which is welcome after the mantra session, but please note you are entirely responsible for your own safety and sea dips are taken at your own risk – this is not offered or led by Lush Lunar (I may not even get in the sea!).

ACCESSIBILITY
The beach is accessed via stairs. There are quite a number of stairs to get down to & back up from the beach. Remember it’ll be dark too, so this might not be for you if you’re unsteady on your feet.
