Intuitive Healing With Light Language
Intuitively using Light Language and Usui Reiki, I’ll get you relaxed and open to receive deep healing. Depending on the session, we may also work with sound healing, angelic energy, ancestors, crystals, plant spirits, cord-cutting, oracle cards or visualisation.
Every session is unique, but most people find Intuitive Healing incredibly relaxing and insightful. Use it to support any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual healing that you’re in need of, to release patterns or manifest new things in your life, or simply to relax and recharge.
Let me know if you’d like to work with a particular intention during the session, otherwise we can go with the flow and see what unfolds! At the end of the session I’ll share any channelled messages, images or guidance I received. You’ll also receive a follow up email with anything that came up. You can experience this form of healing in person (Tynemouth) or from wherever you are in the world through distance healing.

Usui Reiki
Usui Reiki helps to balance your energy, calm your nervous system and support your body’s natural ability to heal, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. It can help to support healing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Using symbols and universal energy, you will receive this subtle yet powerful form of healing. You’ll also receive a follow up email with anything that came up during our session.
It can be particularly helpful to receive regular treatments during times of turmoil, change, or upheaval, as Reiki can bring us back to a state of calm and help us to remain resilient.
Usui Reiki can be experienced distance or in person (Tynemouth), with the distance healing symbol allowing the energy to nurture you no matter where you are in the world.

Angelic Therapy
Angelic Therapy calls on angels and ascended masters to support you with any healing that is needed and assist you on your path.
It’s a nurturing and gentle form of healing that some find particularly helpful for mental and/or emotional challenges that they’re facing. It is also suitable to support healing on a physical or spiritual level.
The angels and ascended masters are extremely powerful. Receiving their energies is deeply relaxing and some people experience visions or messages from the angels during their healing session – you’ll receive a follow up email with anything that came up. You can also use Angelic Therapy sessions as a way to start working with angelic beings or particular angels, and welcome angelic support into your life.
You can receive this form of healing in person (Tynemouth) or from wherever you are in the world.

go deep
If there’s a particular pattern, limiting belief, illness, past trauma, block or anything else that you’d like to go deep with, I’d really recommend committing to your healing by coming for weekly, or every other week sessions over 6-8 weeks. Peeling back and working through our layers in an intentional and committed way, can really invite in big shifts and transformational healing. It can also allow us to go deeper during our sessions, discuss anything that’s rising for you between treatments, and really delve to the root of whatever your facing.
